SHIPPING POLICY

Seventy One Swim offers standard and expedited shipping to the continental US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. All orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days. We observe all national holidays. 

• Standard Shipping arrives within 5-7 business days: $7
• Expedited Shipping arrives within 2-4 business days: $12
• UPS Next Day Air arrives within 1 business day (usually fulfills within 1 business day if ordered by 1 pm ET, Mon-Fri)
• International Shipping is estimated to arrive within 2-3 weeks

Shipping Rates & Delivery 
You must specify a physical address. Signature upon delivery is not required; Seventy One Swim, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, which will contain tracking information.

International Shipping 
Duty, customs, tariffs and vat are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and vat will vary by country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country, and is responsible for import fees. Import fees may include the following charges:

• Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
• Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
• Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
• Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
• Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
• Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
• Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

If you refuse a shipment from Seventy One Swim, or a shipment is undeliverable, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred, and the cost of returning the item to Seventy One Swim. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Free shipping for orders over $100 does not apply to international orders. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Seventy One Swim. Get started with your return here.

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period. Any worn, altered, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted. All tags and hygiene liners must be fully attached at the time of return.

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Seventy One Swim is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Seventy One Swim does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Seventy One Swim’s sole discretion.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. A restocking fee of $5 USD will be applied and will be taken from your return refund. 

International Returns
At this time, Seventy One Swim does not accept returns from outside the US.
